Getting started

Create an account, complete voice profiling or manual setup, review your profile summary, and choose the application mode that matches how much control you want to keep.

Core workflow

• Search Brief defines the roles, locations, salary range, language, and work model preferences Kariyan should use when checking company career pages.
• Job Matches ranks company-direct roles using explainable scoring instead of vague recommendations.
• Prepared applications show tailored CVs, cover letters, email drafts, and form answers before they are approved or sent.
• Tracker keeps your documents, sends, replies, and follow-up status in one workflow.

Application modes

• Explore: understand the product and preview company-direct matches.
• Assistant: Kariyan prepares applications and you approve them before sending.
• Autopilot: applications are sent within the rules, thresholds, and pacing you define. Currently in closed beta with a small group. Outside the beta, nothing is sent without your approval.
