How it works

From the next relevant role to the next completed application.

A job search only moves when relevant applications go out consistently. Kariyan makes that loop repeatable: it finds, prioritises and prepares; you review and approve.

The loop, step by step

01

Discover

What Kariyan does
Kariyan checks around 20,000 German company career pages every week (snapshot 3 September 2026), not only job boards.
What you see
New roles as they appear on the company's own page, with location, work model and language.
What you decide
Nothing yet. This step runs for you.
What happens next
Every new role goes into the shortlist step.
02

Prioritise

What Kariyan does
It ranks roles against your level, profile and preferences and writes down why each one fits and what to check.
What you see
A shortlist with the reason for each role and any gap, for example a German level the posting requires.
What you decide
Which roles are worth your time. If you are looking for a Werkstudent role, senior positions are excluded, and you can see that and change it.
What happens next
Pick a role and Kariyan prepares the application.
03

Prepare

What Kariyan does
It writes a tailored CV and cover letter from what is really in your profile. No invented skills, no invented numbers.
What you see
Both documents, ready for your review.
What you decide
Edit anything, regenerate, or skip the role.
What happens next
The application waits for your approval.
04

Review and approve

You stay in control

Kariyan never sends an application without your approval.

What Kariyan does
It prepares the form or the email and shows you exactly what will be sent.
What you see
The application in the state "ready for your review", then "sent".
What you decide
Approve, or send it yourself if the employer only accepts a manual route.
What happens next
Your application is tracked and Kariyan moves to the next role.
05

Keep moving

What Kariyan does
It shows the next strongest role, keeps your applications in one place and tells you what changed.
What you see
What is ready, what is waiting and your next best action. The search runs weekly on Free Preview, daily on Starter and every six hours on Pro and Elite.
What you decide
Keep going with the strongest remaining roles, or adjust your preferences if the matches are off.
What happens next
A steady flow of relevant, well-prepared applications, which is what moves a search.

Kariyan cannot guarantee an interview or a job. It makes sure that finding and preparing relevant applications is not what stops your search.

What’s stopping your job search?

  • “I can’t find the right jobs.”

Kariyan reads company career pages for you and shortlists the roles that fit your level and profile, with the reason for each.

  • “Every application takes too long.”

You should not rewrite your CV for every role. Kariyan prepares a tailored CV and cover letter from what is really in your profile; you review and send.

  • “I’m applying but getting no interviews.”

If you have sent only a handful, keep a steady rhythm of relevant applications. If you have sent hundreds, more is not the answer; check level, language, location and how your CV presents you. Kariyan shows you which it is.

  • “I don’t know how to apply in Germany.”

Kariyan takes you from a matching role to a sent application one step at a time: documents prepared, form or email ready, you approve.

  • “I need English-speaking jobs.”

Tell Kariyan your German level. It prioritises roles that work in English and tells you when German is required, instead of hiding it.

  • “I’m applying from outside Germany.”

You do not need to wait until you relocate to test the German market. Kariyan cannot tell you which employers sponsor visas; it shows roles that fit and you decide where to apply.

What Kariyan does not do

  • Guarantee an interview or a job.
  • Tell you which employers sponsor visas. It shows roles that fit; you check sponsorship with the employer.
  • Send applications on its own. Automatic sending is a closed beta with a small group and not part of any plan.
  • Invent skills or numbers in your documents.
